History

Established in 1994, with offices in South Hampstead and Mill Hill, In London Properties specialise in residential sales and lettings, premier homes, property management and investments and developments.

The sales, lettings and management departments cover the majority of North and North West London, but most actively in South Hampstead, Mill Hill, West Hampstead, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill, Swiss Cottage, St. John's Wood, Maida Vale, Little Venice, Queen's Park, Edgware, Hendon, Arkley and Totteridge.

In London Premier is a new division of In London Properties dedicated to selling and letting luxury homes in and around London and the South East headed by directors Richard Davis and Sam Garcia. Their experience of selling property in some of London's most affluent areas has lead to the natural progression of launching this new department.

The Investment & Development division, led by director Daniel Reuben, has been established for many years acting for high net worth individuals, major property companies and PLC's on their property portfolios. Primarily Daniel's experienced team, concentrate on the acquisition and disposal, for clients, of residential and commercial opportunities throughout the UK.

Daniel Reuben, Richard Davis and Sam Garcia, the directors of In London Properties, have a combined experience of some 62 years in estate agency. They employ a large team of highly motivated and professional negotiators with vast local experience who pride themselves in offering a comprehensive, efficient and friendly service which is seldom rivaled.
